Ridgid 31020 Review: Ridgid 31020 Straight Pipe Wrench. As an electrical contractor for over 30 years, we have come to rely upon Ridgid tools and threading equipment. Recently, I sent to Ridgid a couple of very old #31020 that were still working, but needed a bit of TLC and reconditioning. About a week later I received two brand new #31020, no questions asked.
